Raise funds for,

• School building, estimated expense US $450,000 (Since the school is operating from the ground floor of three houses in Ashoka Garden neighborhood, we would like to get them to move into one building that can accomodate the whole school.)
• Library, books and furniture, estimated cost $5,000
• Science laboratory, equipments, chemicals, specimens, etc. estimated cost $10,000.
• Vehicle to provide transportation facilities. estimated cost $3,500.

• Desk and chairs, cabinets, fans, lights, inverters for electrical outage.
• Water filters and coolers
• 10 Computers and printers
• Projector and screen
• Mid day meal once or twice a week
• Tuition paid for over 150 students, uniforms, and books provided.

It was established in the year 2001 under Daffodils Shiksha Samiti, the NGO (Non Government Organization, Not for Profit). It is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Organization based upon world wide pattern of Education. Daffodils is Affiliated with MPBSE (Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education).

Daffodils School was established in three rented rooms in a house at Ashoka garden area. Due to quality of education providing at that locality school started to earn reputation and grew very quickly some funds now could be generated from the fee we charge to the students.  The school now rents rooms in three separate homes near each other.   School runs separate education and employment support program for widows and orphans which has helped number of such people to successfully make their ways towards better living.

Some of school’s most successful campaigns include: Pulse Polio awareness rallies, Aids prevention program, women health and safety program, Clean India Green India Campaign, Tree plantation, and Water Conservation.

With the start of school, motive was very clear, to enhance awareness and possibility of making more and more children from underserved area come to school and get best possible education.

Our biggest challenge was to meet the expenses as it was impossible for parents to afford tuition and we also struggle a lot as we were not having any support for this cause.

With very limited resources and immense grace of God we carried out the cause and could bring around 900+ students.

At this stage, we really feel the need for certain basic infrastructural and academic requirements which students and school needs in terms of making it a perfect place of learning and education.

As per government norms school should have at least 2600 sq. feet constructed area and 3000 sq. feet open area for play ground. Basically, this will be met by renting or purchasing a building with classrooms and open area for activities, such as physical education.

Since January, 2015, with help of some donations we have met all the smaller needs and now we are hoping to raise funds to buy a building that is for sale in the neighborhood that will be sufficient for the school.
